First - She Talked. Loretta Stella
Every Part Of Human Is A Piece Of Nature.
Monte Nerone, located in the central Apennine Mountains of Italy.
Loretta Stella lives in the mountains, relying on nature and herbs.
I visit her from time to time, catching glimpses of her life and thoughts, learning about herbs,
and finding myself pondering the words that come from her mouth.
Loretta's words, “Every part of human is a piece of nature,”
suggests that humans coexist with nature rather than opposing it.
Humans, as living beings, have a place in the universe, and rather than dominating nature,
they are in a relationship of mutual influence and dependence.
Her perspective seems to have two meanings.
One is the idea that the human body, which appears materially independent,
and nature are actually interconnected as a single whole.
The other is the observation that the human body itself, as a microcosm,
contains the same elements and principles as nature.
As people in pre-medieval times believed, t
he similarity between the natural world and the human body is not a coincidence,
but perhaps proof that humans are essentially part of nature.
