Throwing, Scattering does not seek to gather into a single order or unified interpretation. Instead, it begins from a state in which images collide with individual lives, lived realities, and scenes of society—slightly misaligned, unsettled, and shifting.

The scattered photographs may at times convey a message, yet they also create subtle fractures in the ways of seeing and sensing that we have long taken for granted, leaving us with new questions rather than fixed answers.

This exhibition brings together works by Korean photographers, primarily featuring photographs taken in Korea. The exhibition will occupy the entire 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of Gallery MARONIE in Kyoto, offering an opportunity to engage directly with international audiences.
