This is an exhibition by Satoru Watanabe (photographer/YouTuber) and fellow workshop attendees he hosts.
Watanabe's work depicts New York City just before the 9/11 attacks in 2001.It was captured using Kodachrome on a Leica R7. If the World
Trade Center terrorist attacks marked the beginning of the end of the
American century, then this period in history marked the beginning of alter / after, and in the world of photography it was the transition from
film to digital. Ten years later, Kodachrome production ceased. This
exhibition records the period when Kodachrome saw its final glory.
2B or not 2B is the name of a group of fellow workshop attendees, derived from the phrase "To be or not to be." This line from Hamlet is
also the motto of the members, who are constantly striving to change the status quo and create new works. Once again, we hope you will
