Each person carries memories that cannot be forgotten. These memories—whether joyful, happy, sad, or painful—are engraved with a variety of emotions and remain with us to this day. These photographs are my memories, and at the same time, they are your memories as well.

Memory does not remain in the past; it continues to connect to the future. Within the memories that remain, there is always an answer. That answer is what the work “Shelves of Memory” represents.
