GFX Challenge Grant Program 2024 × KG＋ Discovery Award 2025 (Welcome to Our Lives in Kibera.)

This exhibition is a collaborative showcase between Fujifilm’s grant program, GFX Challenge Grant Program, KG＋ Discovery Award 2025 (Supported by Fujifilm).
The GFX Challenge Grant Program aims to support the creative activities of artists active in countries and regions around the world. Applications were accepted from July to September 2024, and following a selection process, works by five Grand Award and ten Regional Award were produced. A selection of these works is presented here. Please enjoy the highly original photographic and video works gathered from across the globe.
At this venue, you can also see “Welcome to Our Lives in Kibera.” by SHIFT80, winner of the KG＋ Discovery Award 2025 (Supported by Fujifilm). Built on their many years of trust and collaboration in Kibera, this project documents the living spaces of young people in Kibera, Nairobi, revealing their creativity and the ways they cultivate hope in everyday life.
